SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free shipping and returns for purchases over $100 within the continental U.S. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. All delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Shipping Options:
UPS Second Day Air - Delivered within 2 Business Days (Does not ship on weekends)
UPS Ground - Delivered within 5-6 Business Days
Shipping times are calculated from the time of dispatch. Orders after 12pm EST will be dispatched the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
For a all Monogram orders please allow 14 business days to receive.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to make any changes to your order please contact hello@shoplovard.com as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If any part of your order is isn’t what you expected, please contact us so we can organize your return and exchange as quickly as possible.
All exchange and return items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
Monogrammed Items are non-returnable.
Please ensure all items are returned new, unused in their original packaging.
